The Anthem gameplay demo is about to begin on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
And just a few days before the Anthem beta is about to begin, EA has confirmed that the VIP demo is live the pre-load.
It’s a major boost for pre-order customers, who can download the demo and get stuck in as soon as the beta goes live at 5pm UK time on January 25.
The Anthem demo weighs in at around 23GB on Xbox One and roughly 26GB on PS4.
The VIP demo runs from January 25 until January 27, and is available to pre-order customers, EA Access and Origins subscribers.
The open beta kicks off a week later, so you can try before you buy.
Unfortunately, however, only VIP demo participants will receive an exclusive in-game item that can be used in the full game.
“Your first chance to get your hands on Anthem starts January 25, 2019 with the VIP Demo,” EA explains.
“Dive into the world of Anthem and take the Ranger and one other javelin for a test run.
“Be the first to play Anthem with the VIP Demo from January 25–27, 2019.
“You must pre-order Anthem, be an EA Access subscriber, or be an Origin Access subscriber at the time of the VIP Demo to participate.”
