Lucy Verasamy: ITV weather bombshell shares stunning selfie but stops fans commenting

The 38-year-old meteorologist looked sensational as she pouted for the camera in a selfie soaked in winter sun. Lucy Verasamy could be seen wearing a huge blue coat with a dramatic furry hood as she wrapped up warm against the cold weather. She added a pair of retro-style sunglasses, wearing her brunette tresses in a sleek down ‘do. The ITV weather presenter opted for a high-neck burgundy top as she made the most of a spot of sunshine.

She opted for a natural make-up look to highlight her pretty features, with a slick of nude pink lipstick and subtle contouring.

“Winter sun = perfect filter,” Lucy captioned the upload, joking about the colour of the furry hood of her jacket, adding: “Closet ginger.”

However, where her fans are usually able to share their gushing compliments in the comments section, she disabled comments on the pretty picture.

Her previous post, which saw her posing for a photoshoot with her fellow weather star Tomasz Schafernaker, 40, also had comments turned off.

Most of her past uploads allowed comments, including a snap of her performing a handstand with her feet propped up against the wall back in October.

Dressed in skintight gym leggings and a black T-shirt, she showed off her impressive strength, saying in the caption: “A cheater’s handstand.”

Her 88,000 Instagram followers flooded to the comments section, with one writing: “Strangely erotic.”

“You look fabulous,” another chipped in, while a third added cheekily: “Nice a**e.”

Meanwhile, at the weekend, Lucy presented the weather forecast for ITV.

Promising “bitterly cold” temperatures, she once again put on a stylish display in a figure-hugging outfit, comprising of a tight-fitting black top which clung to her gym-honed curves.

The number featured a sequinned collar for a touch of sparkle and she paired it with a tailored skirt.

Lucy began her career at the Press Association’s weather centre, where she spent several years working as a forecaster.

She later moved to Sky before joining ITV’s Daybreak back in 2010.

She is a regular on Good Morning Britain and ITV Racing.

The brunette bombshell previously opened up about her job in an interview with Sim Courtie on BFBS Radio, saying: “It was all a bit flukey and being at the right place at the right time.

“But quite a weather theme all the way along,” she added.
