Stacey Dooley, 31, is wowing crowds on the Strictly Come Dancing: Live! Tour, which kicked off on Friday, and the star gave herself some advice prior to her performance. Taking to Instagram, the documentary-filmmaker posted a short snap of herself heading to rehearsals. She captioned the post in view of her 618,000 followers: “ 1) Nail the American Smooth. “2) Put a bra on next time so you don’t have to strategically hold the bag strap.”
In the photo, the Strictly winner sported dark sunglasses, a tanned jumper, a long black skirt and slip-on shoes.
However, the journalist’s arm was strategically placed over her chest as she held onto her bag handle to seemingly hide the fact she was not wearing a bra.
This comes after the star’s infamous knicker flash which hit headlines following her performance on the BBC show Strictly Come Dancing 2018 final.
The winner stunned viewers when she accidentally exposed her flesh-coloured knickers to millions of viewers, during her Paso Doble routine with dance partner Kevin Clifton.
It seems she has not been able to live it down as her co-star Dr Ranj Singh later brought it up during rehearsals earlier this month.
Stacey reposted an Instagram story where she was practising her routine when fellow Strictly professional Janette Manrara, 35, asked: Stacey, how’s it going?”
The Strictly champion walked towards Janette as co-star Dr Ranj, 39, cheekily said: “Show us your knickers.”
She certainly saw the funny side as she laughed with the pair and captioned the video “Flashy and trashy.”
Meanwhile, Stacey appears to be having a good time on the Strictly tour after she took to Instagram to share a snap of herself on-stage at the Birmingham arena alongside her dance partner Aljaž Škorjanec, 28, yesterday.
The dancing duo beamed at the cameras as Stacey sported a flesh-coloured ensemble with pink and orange feathers.
She captioned the post: “It’s super chill. Low key. Got it. Say no more.”
The performance photo gained over 33,600 likes as fans flocked to congratulate the star on her recent tour.
One person wrote: “I was at the arena last night. You were amazing.”
Another person commented: “I was at Birmingham Arena last night. You high fives me at the end of the show as you ran back on stage.
“You’re all amazing.”
A third person said: “We came Friday night. What a fantastic show! That you all @sjdooley. Your second dance made me cry again and the group dances were amazing!”
