Toppings of your choice

Method

In a bowl mix strong bread flour with semolina – semolina flour helps crisp the pizza dough.

In a jug, add a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, some warm water, yeast, and a splash of olive oil – give it a stir.

Add the yeasty liquid to the dry mix and knead until smooth. Leave to rise in a warm space tis double in size.

Meanwhile, for the pizza sauce mix passata with dried oregano in a saucepan, simmer until thick.

Once the dough has risen, knock the air out and let it rest until ready to cook.

Then roll the pizza dough out and choose your toppings.

Put it in the oven for 10 minutes
