Spider-Man Far From Home trailer: How to watch NEW trailer for Spider-Man Far From Home

For months, Marvel fans have been waiting for the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer to be released. Rumours abounded with a variety of dates – from San Diego’s Comic Con to early December. The most recent rumour was substantiated by Spider-Man himself: Tom Holland.

You can watch the brand new trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home right here at Express.co.uk.

The trailer has already been racking up positive reactions on Twitter, with fans using a multitude of gifs to express their joy.

One very excited fan replied to the Spider-Man Twitter account with: “Avengers Endgame!? Who? Captain Marvel?! What?”

The new teaser trailer is far more action-packed than the teaser for Avengers: Endgame, and fans may recognise one moment from an earlier Instagram leak from Tom Holland himself.

Another fan bemoaned the lack of Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, appearing in the trailer despite being Parker’s mentor in Infinity War.

The trailer gives no details away as to how Spider-Man comes back from the events of Avengers: Infinity War.

He was one of the many superheroes snapped out of existence by Thanos.

Tom Holland made his first appearance as Parker in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War before starring in his solo movie Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Initial reactions to the trailer screening at Comic-Con were positive.

Collider wrote: “So Sony Pictures just world premiered the Spider-Man Far From Home trailer (which looks f***ing awesome) and then Jake Gyllenhaal came out and surprised the CCXP 2018 crowd.

“The crowd was so loud during the trailer I could barely hear some of the dialogue!”

CinePop added: “Spider-Man is famous and going to Europe with friends on a tour, and prefers to leave the uniform in New York.

“Arriving in Venice he is approached by Nick Fury and recruited for a mission to defeat a giant villain made of Stone and Water.”

They added: “Mysterio appears and saves the day, pretending to be a hero. Peter and his friends are in danger. And Aunt May and Happy Hogan are having an affair.

“Spectacular action scenes Peter and Michelle having a romance, Ned making us laugh.”

Spider-Man: Far From Home comes packed with an A-list cast, including some new faces to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is out in cinemas on July 5, 2019.
