Ronda Rousey: WWE megastar reveals how Royal Rumble feud with Sasha Banks should evolve

RAW Women’s Champion Rousey, NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke have been known as the Four Horsewomen of the world of Mixed Martial Arts.

Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Becky Lynch and Banks’ success as well as their pioneering work on NXT earned them the moniker of The Four Horsewomen of WWE.

Fans have been wanting to see the two stables collide ever since ‘Rowdy’ and her MMA friends joined Vince McMahon’s promotion last year.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet couldn’t agree more and that is why she wants to plant the first seeds during her rivalry with Banks.

The UFC legend is set to defend the RAW Women’s Championship against The Boss at the Royal Rumble on January 27 at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.

Rousey said during a vlog on YouTube: “I’m excited to see what the promotion for this match is gonna be like.

“I would really like to bring the Four Horsewomen into the discussion because it needs to be addressed and it hasn’t been so far.

“I think it’s a point of contention for all of us and everyone involved is just bursting with things to say.

“And I think this is finally the time to get some of it out.”

Rousey, Duke and Shafir had an intense confrontation with Lynch, Charlotte and Bayley at the 2017 Mae Young Classic Tournament, which saw Baszler making it to the finals.

The first ever UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion threw down the gauntlet as she told the WWE superstars: “You name the time, you name the place.”

Rousey has been embroiled in an intense feud with Charlotte and Lynch, which started after WWE’s first ever all-women’s Pay-Per-View event Evolution.

Rumours suggest the popular wrestling stars will battle in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania 35 on April 7 at the MetLife Stadium in New York.

Rousey, Lynch and Charlotte may also become the first ever women to compete in the main event of WrestleMania.
