Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, 36, has appeared in North London today. The mother-of-three wore a khaki jeans perfect for the outdoors. The Duchess of Cambridge visited the King Henry’s Walk Garden in Islington to see how the project brings people together through gardening and food growing. She wore a russet red jumper beneath her jacket.
Kate smiled as she shook hands with the public.

The Duchess wore lace up boots, perfect for a walk in the garden.
Her jacket featured a check and toggle buttons to fasten it.

One told the Duchess they liked to find dirty stuff in the garden, which prompted her to reply: “That sounds really fun. What dirty stuff do you find?
“Do you find worms and insects?
“Do you like going on insect hunts? Do you ever find spiders?”
She asked if the children’s friends had tried going in the garden, adding: “If you haven’t tried it you don’t know how cool it is.”
Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince Louis in April last year.

Unfortunately, royal fans will likely have to wait for the next official portraits of the tot, which will be released on his first birthday in April.
