Red Dead Redemption 2 fans have been given something to cheer about on Xbox One.
Following a 30 day period of exclusivity on PS4, Rockstar has made some of Red Dead 2 Online’s best items available for free on Xbox One.
This includes the Red Chestnut Arabian horse, which is the best free animals in Red Dead 2 Online.
In addition to the Red Chestnut Arabian Horse, Red Dead 2 players can also access the Alligator Skin Ranch Cutter Saddle and the High Roller Double-Action Revolver.
Better yet, all of the new items are free, so there’s no need to grind for gold.
If you want to get the Red Chestnut Arabian horse, then all you’ve got to do is visit a stable and speak to the merchant.
You must then choose to buy a new horse from the Superior category, where you’ll find the Red Chestnut Arabian available at no cost.
Unfortunately, however, you might have to get rid of your current horse if you don’t have a second stall.
The saddle, meanwhile, can be found in the ‘Tack and Services’ category under ‘Special Saddles’.
Equipping the saddle boosts things like stamina regeneration, so it’s worth pairing with your new horse.
Elsewhere, the High Roller Double-Action Revolver can be picked up from the fence at Thief’s Landing.
Rockstar has described this weapon as featuring “a polished steel body with unique period-inspired, beautifully detailed engraving work”.
“The deadly, quick draw revolver comes complete with a unique playing card and skull elements carved into the grip,” Rockstar continues.
“Its superior, quick rate of fire over all other revolvers makes it a great choice for mounted combat.”
