Bohemian Rhapsody: Adam Lambert cameo in Freddie Mercury movie REVEALED: Did you spot him?

The American singer has collaborated with Queen band members Brian May and Roger Taylor since 2011. Lambert’s range has made him a much-loved cover singer for Freddie Mercury’s vocals in recent years and it was only fitting he would cameo in Bohemian Rhapsody. Shared on his Twitter yesterday, the American Idol star posted a picture of himself as a trucker. Fans who have seen the movie will remember that Rami Malek’s Mercury hooked up with Lambert’s cameo character during a Queen tour, following a phone call with his fiance Mary, played by Lucy Boynton.

With long hair, a beard and trucker hat, it’s not surprising that Lambert was hard to spot.

The singer wrote in his tweet: “Who is he!? #BohemianRhapsodyMovie is available for digital download on 1/22!”

Fans should be aware that Lambert was promoting the US digital download release, while in the UK it arrives earlier on February 16th.

Another Bohemian Rhapsody cameo was Mike Myers as record producer Ray Foster.

“I did so many different shots and we mounted the cameras different ways and Mike was complaining that his head hurt and he needed Advil and they were both saying that the scene wasn’t funny and, “Why are we doing this?’

“But it’s the scene people remember…I think it’s so memorable because it’s sort of like the epitome of joyous youth.

“The song itself builds so well in that operatic way that Freddie Mercury had of writing.”

Bohemian Rhapsody is out now.
