Emilia Clarke: Game Of Thrones star refuses to Google herself after discovering THIS

Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke, 32, was quizzed about the first time she Googled herself, to which she revealed was also her last time given what she found. Spilling all, she said: “The first time I Googled myself was pretty much the last time I Googled myself because I don’t do it anymore because it’s really bad. Don’t do it, don’t Google yourself ever.” Giggling, she added to Rolling Stone’s Youtube channel: “People have a lot of opinions on my butt.”

In another interview, Emilia admitted it was her personal rule not to pay attention to posts she gets tagged in on social media.

She told Event Magazine: “I never look at the internet. I have a rule: I just don’t Google myself.

“I’m on social media but I don’t look at the stuff that other people tag me in because it messes me up.

“If you hate me, I don’t need to know.”

Emilia added she doesn’t enjoy watching herself back on screen after filming and admitted her mother is her biggest critique.

She added: “I can barely even look at myself on the screen, so I keep a very big distance from it, and if anyone ever says anything really lovely, or something wonderful happens, someone will tell me.

“And then if it’s something bad, my mum will probably tell me.”

Last year, Emilia finished filming for the eighth and final season of Game Of Thrones.

The actress admitted there were tears on set after eight years on the show.

Talking to Television Academy at the recent Emmy Award 2018, Emilia said: “It’s been a real bittersweet, heartbreaking experience leaving the show.

“I’m very excited for the next chapter but for now it’s going to be an excuse for us all to get together and party.”

The blonde beauty went on to say she is keen to take the show’s iconic throne, adding: “It’s in the car ready to go, no one will miss it.”

Meanwhile, Emilia’s co-star Kit Harrington had different views about filming the show’s final scenes.

The 32-year-old actor, who plays Jon Snow on the hit show, told GQ Australia: “The last season of Thrones, seemed to be designed to break us.

“Everyone was broken at the end. I don’t know if we were crying because we were sad it was ending or if we were crying because it was so f**king tiring.”

Game of Thrones returns to HBO and Sky next year.
