Stacey Dooley Instagram: Strictly co-star mentions THAT knicker flash in awkward video

Stacey Dooley, 31, who was crowned the winner of Strictly Come Dancing  2018 but the champion stunned viewers when she accidentally exposed her flesh-coloured knickers to millions of viewers, during her Paso Doble routine with partner Kevin Clifton. Now the documantary-maker is back in rehearsals as she is gears up for the live tour but her fellow co-star has since made an awkward request. Stacey reposted an Instagram story where she is in the dance studio training when fellow Strictly professional, Janette Manrara, 35, asked: “Stacey, how’s it going?” The Strictly champion walks towards Janette as co-star Dr Ranj Singh, 39, cheekily said: “Show us your knickers.”

Stacey certainly saw the funny side as she laughed with the pair and captioned the video “Flashy and trashy.”

This comes after the journalist addressed the flashing debacle on a recent Instagram post.

Sharing a picture with her 543,000 followers, the 31-year-old said she was “never trashy” in a light-hearted post.

The photo saw a note which read: “… to flash your knickers on live TV. Check,” next to a tick.

Stacey captioned it: “Rounding off 2018 nicely. Always flashy. Never trashy.”

Fans flocked to respond to the star as one wrote: “You’re handling it brilliantly though and that just goes to prove how awesome you are!” and: “@sjdooley You were still amazing. So glad you and @keviclifton won.”

Another person commented: “Don’t worry… even Dame Darcey [Bussell] did it one week,” referencing one of the four judges.

While a third person said: “I never noticed until my mother pointed it out to me, I said, ‘ffs what’s wrong with looking at her face’, never worry at least they were clean lol.”(sic)

Meanwhile, made a big announcement on her Instagram account where she revealed she will be a Contributing Editor for Grazia magazine.

The snap read: “The documentary filmmaker, journalist and Strictly Come Dancing champion 2018, known for her hard-hitting documentaries.

“Covering issues such as sustainability in the fashion industry, child labour and sex trafficking will publish a series of investigations in the magazine throughout 2019.”

Fans quickly flooded the star with congratulatory messages as one read: “Yes Stacey. So proud!!”

Another person replied: “Wow. Congrats @sjdooley.”

A third person commented: “This is great news!.”

Meanwhile, Stacey will be heading on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour which starts this month.

She is currently partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec as her previous professional dance partner Kevin Clifton had other commitments.
