No future for Fab Four: Meghan Markle WILL have to curtsey to Kate Middleton

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s relationship has been under the microscope since the Duchess of Sussex married Prince Harry, 34. In recent weeks there have been rumours of a rift between Kate and her new relative. Last night Channel 5’s Kate v Meghan: Princesses at War programme took a look at such rumours. One has claimed there is “no future” for the Fab Four.

The pair of couples were dubbed such at Christmas time last year when they headed to church together.

A show of unison with Meghan, who then was engaged to Harry, was thought to signify the intention for them to work together closely in the future.

However, the foursome are unlikely to continue to work this way for much longer.

Robert Jobson, 54, is the co-author of number one bestseller Diana: Closely Guarded Secret.

He said: “The Fab Four will be two and two. There is no future for the Fab Four.

“William and his family will be the primary Royal Family.”

Prince William’s future at the King of Britain will change the dynamic between the couples.

Robert said: “When William is King he will be in charge of the royal family and eventually Meghan and Harry – that changes the dynamic somewhat.”

While currently there is a sense of equality between Kate and Meghan, this will change.

While both women curtsey to the Queen and other more senior royals, they do not curtsey to each other.

However, the former actress will have to show deference to Kate in the future.

“Whenever there’s a procession Meghan will be down the line…she’ll have to curtsey to everyone including her sister in law,” the expert told viewers.

Meghan Markle might clash with the royals if “if she doesn’t do as she’s told”, according to one insider.

Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell said the mum-to-be could clash with the Royal Family if she doesn’t conform to their ways.

Paul said: “Meghan is a strong independent woman whose views are going to be difficult to change and that’s where she’s going clash with members of the Royal Family and the royal household if she doesn’t conform and do as she’s told.”

He added: “Who would want to be a Princess? Who would want to be a Duchess?”
