Chelsea are in talks with Manchester City over a possible Cesc Fabregas transfer.
Chelsea star Fabregas played under Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola at Barcelona and has struggled for minutes this season ever since Maurizio Sarri replaced Antonio Conte.

Ian McGarry, speaking on the Transfer Window podcast, has claimed City are in talks with Chelsea over the signing of Fabregas.
“They are in talks with Chelsea about the potential to either loan or buy Cesc Fabregas,” he said.
“He is someone who Pep Guardiola worked with extensively at Barcelona and while he’s not quite a Fernandinho replica in terms of the way he plays, he is a very experienced player.
“He’s 31, he can play that role if need be and that’s why he will be brought in.”
Isco discussions
Manchester United will meet with Isco’s agent as the Real Madrid star pushes for a transfer, reports claim.
Isco, 26, has scored just two goals this time out, with the playmaker unhappy under Santiago Solari.
And according to Paris United, Isco’s father – who acts as his agent – will hold talks with United and other clubs over a possible transfer.
They say Isco’s father will meet with United, Chelsea, PSG, Barcelona and Juventus.
Isco is unhappy at Real and is looking to leave the Bernabeu by next summer.
Christian Pulisic boost
Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic.
That’s according to German publication BILD, who claim the Bundesliga club have agreed to sell the 20-year-old to Chelsea at the end of the season.
It’s thought the clubs have verbally agreed a £45million deal for the winger, who was also on Jurgen Klopp and Unai Emery’s transfer shortlist.
Pulisic, who has just 18 months left on his contract, has scored three times and provided four assists in all competitions this season.
But he’s found himself playing second-fiddle to English sensation Jadon Sancho.
