This Morning and Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby, 37, appeared on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show recently and took part in his humorous Send To All game. In view of the show’s audience, Michael, 42, raided Holly’s pictures on her phone as she looked on from afar with her friends. Michael flicked through her photo album and became startled by a picture showing a tampon amongst a bundle of sweets. He asked her: “What’s going on here Hol?”
The mother-of-three put her head in her hands in embarrassment before she tried to explain the mishap.
She told the host: “So this picture… my husband went down the stairs last night to go and get some sweets out of our kid’s sweet cupboard.
“We have a very lovely lady who comes in and cleans for us sometimes… she emptied my hand bag… in there was some sweets for the kids and also possibly a tampon.”
The audience burst into fits of laughter, before Holly continued: “And obviously she thought… so my husband took a photo and sent me it going ‘Darling, I’m not sure this should be in the sweet cupboard’.”
Laughing, Michael added: “Alright, well that is very awkward.”
During the game, Holly faced more embarrassment when Michael sent a text from Holly’s phone to all of her contacts.
The text read: “As you know, I am a global style icon. This Morning are doing a feature where I help people with absolutely no dress sense.
“And I immediately thought of you. What WAS that hideous thing you were wearing last time I saw you.
“Hope you won’t be offended but could you come in with a few of your outfits for Phil and I to laugh at.
“In return you’ll get a whole new wardrobe. What do you say? Need to know asap.”
Michael received a number of replies from Holly’s contacts including one from a friend who said the last time Holly saw her was on her wedding night.
Rylan Clark-Neal also humorously replied: “Stop drinking”.
Meanwhile, following her stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! last month, Holly will return to screens with her co-star Phillip Schofield for Dancing On Ice in January.
The blonde beauty revealed she would love to see a romance blossom on the show.
She told the Daily Star: “Over the years I’ve set up quite a few people.
“I really want there to be a romance on Dancing On Ice this series. Wouldn’t it be great? We all like a bit of romance.”
She added: “As long as it’s two single people, then I’m well up for a bit of setting people up.”
