Khashoggi news: Jamal Khashoggi’s final words revealed in SHOCKING murder transcript

Jamal Khashoggi’s final words have now been shared in a transcript revealed by a source close to the investigation into the death. The well-known journalist and heavy critic of the Saudi Arabian regime was killed in Turkey, at the Saudi consulate. Saudi Arabia’s public prosecutor said officials believe he was killed on the orders of an intelligence officer. Now, Turkish officials have said they have evidence to back this up and a source close to the investigation has revealed this includes Jamal Khashoggi’s final words.

One source briefed on the transcripts given to investigators has said Khashoggi’s final words could be heard under a gruesome backdrop.

Talking to CNN, the source said they had seen translated audio recordings from the October 2 murder, revealing sinister premeditations from the suspected Saudi perpetrators.

The scene revealed by the inside source was of Mr Khashoggi struggling against his attackers before he died.

According to the translation, the journalist’s final words were “I can’t breathe”.

The final words of Jamal Khashoggi according to the translation were:

“I can’t breathe.”

“I can’t breathe.”

“I can’t breathe.”

The translations back earlier reports from a Saudi official, claiming the journalist had been killed in a “chokehold”.

This was supposedly after he had been resisting attempts to return him to Saudi Arabia.

After Mr Khashoggi was killed, the recording reveals attempts to dismember the body with a saw.

As this was happening, the alleged perpetrators can be heard telling people nearby to play music to drown out the gruesome sounds.

The translations also suggest phone calls were made after the murder and Turkish investigators believe this was to Saudi officials.

Saudi officials talked to CNN in the wake of the revelation and they dispute any involvement on behalf of the Saudi government.

A Saudi spokesman said: “The relevant Saudi security officials have reviewed the transcript and tape materials through Turkish security channels and nowhere in them is there any reference or indication of a call being made.

“If there is additional information Turkish authorities have that we are unaware of, we would welcome it being officially handed over to us for review, which we have requested numerous times and are still requesting.

“And, up until now; we have not received anything.”
