Paul Pogba: Did you see what Man Utd outcast was doing on the sidelines?

Manchester United beat relegation battlers Fulham 4-1 at Old Trafford in their first win in a month.

But record signing Pogba was omitted from the starting XI again, but unlike on Wednesday when he came off the bench against Arsenal, this time he was made to stew all game.

He sat among the substitutes on the sidelines after warming up with the team.

And pictures of emerged of him laughing and joking with Marcos Rojo and Sergio Romero.

Another picture has also been published of hi signing autographs for fans.

Pogba’s future remains uncertain and he could be using his signature to sign for another club in the coming months.

Ryan Giggs has urged Jose Mourinho to play him in an advanced role.

“Pogba just didn’t play well at Southampton so I can understand [him being dropped vs Arsenal],” Giggs told Sky Sports.

“He could come back in quite easily and make an impact [vs Fulham] on Saturday.

“He needs to really because he’s taking a lot of criticism, which I think comes because of what he is capable of.

“Especially as a midfielder at United, you need to be consistently good and he has just shown glimpses really.

“We all know what he’s capable of because we’ve seen it, he just has to do it regularly.

“It does help with the players around you, of course, but Jose has tried him in different positions, in that deeper role, just off the front and off the left.

“For me, he’s better a little bit further up in an attacking midfield role with a three in midfield, but you need the players around him also.
