Fallout 76 server Maintenance schedule confirmed as Bethesda take servers down

Fallout 76 servers are down tonight for scheduled maintenance.

Bethesda announced the news without much notice, while providing a schedule for how long the game will be affected.

Tonight’s scheduled maintenance is set to last around two hours and began at 23:30pm in the UK.

“Fallout 76 players: Servers will be going down on all platforms around 6:30 p.m. EST (23:30 UTC). Downtime will last around two hours.”

Bethesda has confirmed that they will not be providing patch notes following today’s downtime.

It should be noted that this maintenance has been scheduled to apply a hotfix and is unlikely to add a lot of new content.

Here’s the latest news from Bethesda, who confirm that Fallout 76 servers are now down on all platforms.

“We’re planning to bring Fallout 76 offline for maintenance across all platforms around 6:30 p.m. EST (23:30 UTC) to apply a hotfix that will address a service issue,” the notice from Bethesda reads.

“We currently expect downtime will last around two hours. This timeframe may shift depending on our needs during maintenance, but we’ll be sure to let you know if that happens. We’ll also update this thread as soon as downtime is complete.

“Since today’s maintenance will be addressing a service issue, there will be no patch notes to share once downtime is complete.”
