Mate 20 Pro to be surpassed? Huawei could soon release an even more futuristic smartphone

Huawei Mate 20 Pro has been positioned as the Chinese tech giant’s top-tier device.

That is because the hardware not only comes packing a number of expected flagship features, but it also introduces a number of huge innovations for users in its own right.

Mate 20 Pro comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display that not only presents vibrant colours, but it also offers commendable viewing angles too.

The device’s headline feature is by far its triple-camera system that is comprised of a standard, wide-angle and telephoto lens.

The three combine to deliver arguably the most diverse array of sensors on the market.

A number of other notable features on the device include a 4,200mAh battery, a blisteringly fast processor and 6GB of RAM.

Huawei has taken the smartphone market by storm this year thanks to the Mate 20 Pro and the P20 Pro that debuted back in March.

And it seems the firm is keen to show off yet another handset before the year is up.

Huawei recently posted a teaser for a forthcoming smartphone on Weibo that suggested the company is planning to release a device with an all-screen design and no notch.

Instead it appears the hardware is going to forgo any bezels entirely but will have a cutout within the display for its front-facing camera.

An image displayed by Huawei showed the outline of a phone with a beam of light shining through an area in the top left-hand side.

A message was posted that suggested fans should look forward to a “surprise” on December 12.

But it appears the teased device has already been showcased and is rumoured to be dubbed the Huawei Nova 4.

WinFuture recently displayed images from a live stream celebrating the 18th birthday of Jackson Yee, a Chinese singer, where the claimed Nova 4 was shown off for the first time.

The hardware was shown touting practically no bezel at all but did indeed come with a cutout at the top for its selfie sensor.

According to The Verge, Huawei has stated more news about the device will arrive on December 3.

Unfortunately, the video did not showcase the back of the device.

And although the front of the alleged Nova 4 looks incredibly innovative, it is unknown what specifications the device will bring to the table.
