Galaxy S9 ultimate deal ends today and it’s an offer Samsung fans may not want to miss

With the impending launch of the Galaxy S10, it seems now is a very good time to buy the current flagship.

Samsung is fully expected to reveal its next-generation smartphone early next year with this device likely to feature a totally refreshed design, more power and improved camera.

Rumours about the S10 are already flooding the web with some predicting a fully edge-to-edge screen which will cover every corner of the phone.

Along with this new look, the S10 could also get some upgraded features such as a triple rear camera, embedded fingerprint scanner under the screen and reverse wireless charging which will allow the phone to refill other devices the moment they are placed together.

Although not confirmed, we are expecting to see Samsung reveal this new phone in early 2019 with Mobile World Congress in February looking like an obvious choice for a grand unveiling.

If you can’t wait that long then don’t panic as there’s some very good deals currently available on the current Galaxy S9.

This flagship phone includes a 5.8-inch curved Infinity screen, powerful processor, wireless charging and one of the best cameras you can find on a smartphone.

When the S9 first went on sale it cost over £730 SIM-free but you can now get this device with plenty of data included for under £698.

The deal, which ends later today, comes from Mobiles.co.uk who is offering the S9 on contract with Vodafone for £28 per month.

For that price, you get unlimited calls and texts plus a generous 40GB of data per month.

There is the usual 24-month contract to sign and you’ll need to pay a £25 upfront fee but the total over two years is £697.

If you don’t fancy a contract and want to buy the S9 SIM-free there are deals which now drop the cost of this phone to under £600.

SIM for £20 per month which allows you to stream and download as much as you like.

However, even with these price cuts to the device and unlimited SIM plans you’ll struggle to beat the contract offer above for overall price during a 24-month period.

The news of this price cut comes as Samsung has just announced owners of the S9 hardware can look forward to a in January.

The tech giant recently held its developer conference in San Francisco where it showed off One UI, a new software skin that will run on top of Google’s latest and greatest firmware.

One UI looks set to radically alter the Galaxy S9’s interface thanks to a new aesthetic and a fresh array of features.

One of the most welcomed changed will surely be the addition of a new night mode for Galaxy S9 owners.

Although some dark themes had previously been available in the Galaxy Theme Store, they did not apply such a colour scheme to the entirety of the Galaxy S9’s interface.

Samsung has decorated One UI with rounded edges and vivid colours that will surely pop when viewing on the Galaxy S9’s panel.

One UI will officially release for the Galaxy S9, S9+ and Galaxy Note 9 in January.
