Rachel Riley: Countdown star puts on eye-popping display on Strictly Come Dancing

Rachel Riley was partnered up with Pasha Kovalev, her now-boyfriend of four years, on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2013.

And at the launch night of the show, Rachel put on a very memorable display as she wowed in a low-cut gown.

The dancing number showcased the star’s ample cleavage as she oozed confident on the red carpet.

Her white frock was embellished with show-stopping gold sequins across her bust and waist.

The garment skimmed her knees and as she larked around, the skirt billowed to show off Rachel’s lean pins.

She completed her dazzling look with a pair of gold heels and statement dangly earrings.

Rachel’s locks were worlds away from her usual sleek hairstyle as she wore her tresses in voluminous waves.

The Countdown favourite highlighted her natural beauty with heavy smoky eye-shadow and plenty of bronzer.

Rachel and Pasha were the fifth couple to be eliminated from the competition in the series, which saw Abbey Clancy and Aljaž Skorjanec lift the Glitterball trophy.

Later on in 2013, Rachel split from her husband Jamie Gilbert and she and Pasha subsequently struck up a romance.

Five years on from starring on the show, Rachel admitted she can’t watch Pasha on the programme with other celebrities.

The blonde beauty said she makes herself “busy” while the show is on as she gets “nervous”.

Rachel recently explained to Radio Times: “It’s kind of left its mark. It just makes me feel nervous – so I make myself busy when it’s on. I leave Pasha to it!”

Russian native Pasha, 38, is currently partnered with former Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts on the competition.

On last week’s Strictly Come Dancing, the two landed in the dreaded dance-off against Graeme Swann and Oti Mabuse.

The judges voted to save Ashley, 37, and Pasha and the pair will be performing in this weekend’s quarter-finals.

Speaking out on the shock result after the dance-off, Ashley said it “wasn’t fun” and promised to “work harder”.

On her Instagram story, she wrote: “The dance off wasn’t fun but it motivates me to work even harder! Sending out so much love to all who have supported Pash and I.

“Grateful to continue on. Quick step for musical week! Here we come!”

Strictly Come Dancing 2018 continues Saturday on BBC One at 7.05pm.
