An insider told The Sun I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2018 star Nick Knowles, 56, needs his “good pillow because he has an old shoulder injury from a long time ago that still causes him pain”. They added: “He gets a really stiff neck and will have been in constant pain sleeping in the jungle.” However, a representative for Nick has since told Express.co.uk his injury is from 2006, “nothing serious” and giving away his pillow to Anne Hegerty, 60, will not have an impact on him. She said: “Nick injured his shoulder in 2006 whilst filming.
“He had surgery on it and although it sometimes causes some issues, it’s nothing serious and he’s not in constant pain so giving away his pillow won’t have any impact on him. Anne needed it more!”
His thoughtful gesture was praised by many ITV2 viewers on Twitter.

Earlier this week, Nick also opened up to his camp mates about his musical background.
The presenter revealed he was offered a recording contract after singing with Biffy Clyro.
Since his revelation, his cover of Make You Feel My Love from his album Every Kind of People, has shot to the top of the the iTunes chart.
Elsewhere, ahead of his jungle stint, Nick, who is currently single, ruled out having a romance on the show.
He said: “I don’t think a romance that starts in the cauldron of an experience like that is going to last outside, so I am not (looking for romance).”
Nick split up with his girlfriend Rebecca Kearns, 25, in September, after a reported 10 months together.
The TV star met the marketing executive after his divorce with his ex-wife Jessica Moor, who he has four-year-old son Eddie with.
Nick also has daughter Tuesday, 25, and son Charlie, 24, with his ex-wife Gillian.
He has another son Tyrian, 21, with Paula Beckett-Vass.
