Ralph Breaks the Internet age rating: How old do you have to be to watch it?

Following the success of Wreck It Ralph, the new film follows characters Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz. They travel through the internet to search for something to replace part of Vanellope’s video game called Sugar Rush. This requires them to delve into the World Wide Web, where they meet the citizens of the internet.

The citizens are also called the Netizens and show them where they need to go.

How old do you have to be to watch Ralph Breaks the Internet?

The film is rated PG in UK cinemas. 

This means children of around eight or older can watch the film, but some scenes may be unsuitable for younger children. 

Parents are advised to decide whether the film may upset or unsettle more sensitive younger children. 

Who’s in the cast?

John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman return as main characters Ralph and Vannellope.

Jack McBrayer plays Fix-it Felix Jr and Jane Lynch is the character Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun.

Alan Tudyk who starred as the villain King Candy/Turbo in the first film, will return in a different role as the Internet search engine, KnowsMore.

Gal Gadot will play Slaughter Race character Shank and Bill Hader and James Corden will also voice roles.

Frozen’s Anna and Elsa, who were voiced by Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel, will return before their own franchise hits the cinemas with a sequel.

Ralph Breaks the Internet will be released in cinemas in the UK on November 30 and in the US on November 23.
