If nothing but the best smartphone camera will do, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are your phones. They may “only” have one lens on the back, but Google’s software is so good, it puts dual-, triple- and quad-camera phones to shame. Luckily for you, the Black Friday and Cyber Monday crush is the perfect time to pick up a Pixel 3 phone, and while there isn’t the multitude of deals you see for Apple’s iPhones, the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S9 phones and for other excellent OnePlus 6T and top LG models, they’re actually valuable offers.
Remember that Verizon is the only US carrier that sells the Pixel 3 phones, but you can also buy it unlocked from Google’s online store. The offers begin now.

Let’s get straight to the caveats. Verizon’s deal requires you to activate a new line of service, and your discount comes in the form of monthly bill credits over a 24 month period. However, by the end of that period, you’ll have either received a free Pixel 3 (after the full-price purchase of another one), or you’ve taken $800 off the price of your Pixel 3XL, which is a bit larger than the Pixel 3, has a notched screen design and enjoys slightly longer battery life. Otherwise, the two Pixels are just the same.

One of the biggest myths about the Pixel 3 is that it works with Verizon only. Not true! You can buy it unlocked on the Google Store and slip in your own carrier SIM card. Starting Nov. 16, Google will give you half off either the Pixel 3 or larger 3 XL when you buy the first one at full price. The offer ends Nov. 21 (the day before Thanksgiving.
