Ayda Field: X Factor 2018 judge looks unrecognisable as she transforms in Instagram video

Ayda Field, who joined The X Factor this year alongside husband Robbie Williams, showed off her brand new look in an Instagram video uploaded to her account earlier this week.

For a special edition of ITV2 show Celebrity Juice, the actress slipped into a White Witch outfit complete with an embellished dress and white jacket with a fur trim.

The Loose Women pulled out all the stops for the festive episode and wore an icy blonde wig as well as white make-up with bright blue eye-shadow.

In the clip, Ayda, 39, who looked completely unrecognisable, blew white pieces of tissue to the camera as she displayed her phenomenal ensemble.

She captioned the post: “Make it reign (and then freeze it) @celebjuiceofficial #reigning #tistheseason #narnia #countdowntochristmas AWxx.”

Ayda’s 491,000 Instagram followers were amazed by her Narnia outfit with many complimenting her.

One person wrote: “Wow!! Well this is a bit different from the X Factor look.”

Another gushed: “Looking great @aydafieldwilliams.”

“Oh my God I love it! You look Fantastic. Narnia is such an awesome, creative, beautiful movie,” said a third.

On the ITV2 show, host Keith Lemon also ensured his outfit was memorable as he presented in an incredible Grinch outfit.

Carol Vorderman made a guest appearance on the show and uploaded a picture on Instagram of herself dressed as Mary Poppins while comedian Jimmy Carr was in an old style police uniform.

Also on the programme, team captain Fearn Cotton slipped into a gold star costume from the Sainsbury’s TV advert.

Meanwhile, it’s been reported X Factor is set to continue to air until 2022 and Simon Cowell said “everyone wants” new judges, Ayda, Robbie and Louis Tomlinson to return.

The music mogul claimed he no longer cares about viewing figures and said more young people are tuning into the show.

“We’ve just been offered an extension on both shows because of the 16 to 34-year-old audience,” Simon told The Sun.

“We could probably do three years or five years. It makes a lot of money.”

Last month, one of the show’s episodes attracted just 3.7 million viewers which was its lowest audience since the show launched back in 2004.

Simon, 59, continued: “We got to a point years ago where we were able to compete with Strictly because there was that huge audience.

“We’re losing people now but fortunately the young audience has actually grown this year, and all the advertisers and the sponsors want that income on a Saturday.”

X Factor 2018 airs tonight on ITV at 8.10pm.
