Xbox One users can grab some amazing free deals ahead of Black Friday 2018.
Microsoft appears to be in a generous mood ahead of the big day, offering various Xbox games for free.
This includes the original Crackdown, which can be downloaded free of charge in a pre-Black Friday 2018 special.
There’s no word on when the offer will end, so you’d better hurry on over to the Xbox Store to grab a copy for free.
The game is playable on Xbox One thanks to Backwards Compatibility, and has even been enhanced for Xbox One X.
If you’re an Xbox One owner after something a little more current, Microsoft is also hosting a Free Play weekend for two big releases.
Xbox One versions of PUBG and PES 2019 are free to download and play for a limited time.
Running from November 8 until November 11, the offer is open to Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
“For this event we will have two amazing Xbox One games to play for free,” reads a Microsoft post.
“We are giving ALL Xbox Live members free access to play PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and PES 2019 for a limited time now through the weekend.”
Best of all is that you don’t even need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to access the free games.
Giving away the original Crackdown is a great way of building hype for the upcoming Xbox One sequel.
“Time to step up your boom and stop crime as a super-powered Agent in Crackdown 3’s sandbox of mayhem and destruction,” reads a Microsoft post.
“Explore the heights of a futuristic city, race through the streets in a transforming vehicle, and use your powerful abilities to stop a ruthless criminal empire.
“Crackdown 3 delivers cooperative mayhem and an all-new multiplayer mode where destruction is your ultimate weapon powered by Microsoft Cloud.”
