Liverpool team news: Predicted Liverpool line up vs Fulham – Defensive doubts in 4-2-3-1

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp could be set to ring the changes when the Reds return to Premier League action against Fulham this weekend.

Klopp’s side slipped to a in midweek and the German boss will be looking for a response.

However, Liverpool are struggling with several injuries as their hectic schedule begins to take its toll with both Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold doubtful against the Cottagers.

Alexander-Arnold managed just 45 minutes against Red Star due to injury, although the extent of the problem has not yet been revealed.

Gomez replaced the 20-year-old during the defeat but has been nursing an Achilles injury.

This could open the door for Nathaniel Clyne to come in, although the England international has been struck by illness recently.
