I'm A Celebrity 2018: Love Island star speaks out on joining line-up 'Very scary'

The 20-year-old reality star shot to fame on this year’s Love Island where she soon made her name as the self-proclaimed “loyal” contestant.

She ended up finding love with fellow islander Sam Bird, 25, making a dramatic exit when the couple decided to leave the show together rather than be separated and stay.

Since then, the pair have gone their separate ways, with Georgia saying there was “no third party involved” in the break-up.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, the brunette beauty revealed she could see herself continuing her reality TV career as she spoke out on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

“I would love an opportunity like that as I think it would be amazing!” she said of the possibility of joining the line-up.

“Very scary though,” she added, teasing: “Of course, anything is possible…”

Rumours are rife about the line-up for the ITV reality show, with three contestants hotly-tipped to be heading to the jungle.

The Chase star Anne Hegerty, 60, Coronation Street actress Sair Khan, 30, and football manger Harry Redknapp, 71, are all thought to be going Down Under for I’m A Celebrity.

Bookies have also slashed odds on Strictly Come Dancing’s Seann Walsh, 32, signing up, with the comedian now priced at 5/1.

Great British Bake Off winner Rahul Mandal is at 2/1 to enter the jungle and The Sun recently reported Rita Simons, 41, could be joining.

“Rita was one of the most recognisable faces in the soap before her character was tragically axed,” a source told the publication.

“She is yet to venture into the world of reality TV so it will be a massive coup for ITV to secure her.”

Potential I’m A Celebrity star Love Island star Georgia also expressed interest in pursuing her career as an actress.

“I would never want to rule out acting as it is one of my passions,” she said. “I have professional training so wouldn’t want to let go of it.”

Meanwhile, she has taken part in a new challenge as she joined forces with Forces Radio BFBS for a new series.

The feature, On Track with Forces Radio BFBS, will see celebrities take part in military tank training followed a tank driving skills test whilst simultaneously trying to answer questions put to them by presenters.

Opening up about the experience, she said: “I’ve enjoyed myself, I feel very lucky to be here and to have had the experience I’ve just had.

“It’s amazing the work that the Forces do and today has really made me realise how hard it is and what an amazing job the army do.”

Georgia admitted: “It was really scary! I’ve never done anything like that before ever.

“I thought riding a quadbike in the field might be bit similar but it’s definitely not. So yeah, it was scary, but what an achievement afterwards, definitely was an achievement. Massive respect to the Forces.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2018 begins later this month on ITV.
