Arsenal fans LOVE what the Gunners have been doing in training before Liverpool showdown

The Gunners will be looking to continue their 12-game unbeaten run this weekend when they host Liverpool at the Emirates.

A meeting with Jurgen Klopp’s side will be a tough test for Arsenal considering Liverpool have yet to lose a game in the Premier League so far this season.

But ahead of taking on the Reds, Arsenal’s star strikers have been lacing up their shooting boots for some spot-kick practice in training.

The likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette were both filmed stepping up to the spot to work on their penalties during a foggy session at London Colney.

During the clip Lacazette did his best to try and distract team-mate Aubameyang but it did little to put the Gabon international off as he repeatedly buried his impressive efforts.

And the Emirates faithful absolutely loved their training ground antics on social media.

“Come on boys bring those shooting boots tmr!” one fan wrote.

Another said: “Let’s bring the heat on against Liverpool.”

“The positivity Auba brings to the team is just so infectious,” a third fan wrote.

A fourth supporter said: “Man I love Auba! The kind of positivity he has brought to the group is invaluable!”

Meanwhile, boss Emery has urged his side to make a statement against Liverpool.

“I think each match is a very important match and each match for us is very important,” he said.

“The most important is tomorrow. It’s a very big test because it’s against Liverpool, they are a very good team, an intense team and they require a lot of work for us to battle them but I believe in our team and our players.

“We are also doing our way. Historically, they say there are a lot of goals in matches between Arsenal and Liverpool and the most important thing for us is that every supporter can enjoy this match. But we want to enjoy winning.”
