Samsung Galaxy SURPRISE: Android fans may get one FINAL big reveal in 2018

Galaxy fans have seen some great flagship phone launches in 2018.

From the Galaxy S9 and S9+ to the Note 9 there has been plenty for Samsung fans to get excited about this year.

And the South Korean tech giant may have one last surprise planned for fans in 2018.

Samsung has long been tipped to be working on a futuristic smartphone to mark the 10th anniversary of its Galaxy S range.

It’s rumoured that the S10 will feature a bezel-less design, in-display fingerprint reader, a triple rear camera and support for 5G networks.

However, before that Samsung could be unveiling another surprise device.

According to a post by Forbes, Samsung could unveil its screen bending Galaxy F next month.

Samsung has already revealed that they will be holding an event in November where the Galaxy F could be revealed.

The event has been dubbed as “the crossroads between the present and the future”.

An animated video promoting the event begins by showing a thin, white line opening up to make a V shape.

And this could be hinting at the name of one big feature of the upcoming smartphone, which may have been revealed in a recent trademark filing.

According to a post by LetsGoDigitial, the South Korean tech heavyweight has this week filed a trademark for a ‘Samsung Infinity-V’ smartphone display.

This could be pointing towards a reveal next month on the folding Samsung Galaxy F.

Or, potentially, maybe Samsung will just announce the technology for Infinity-V display next month – with next year’s S10 the first to feature it.

In other news, Express.co.uk recently reported on some great deals currently on offer on Samsung Galaxy flagships.

The Galaxy S8 and S9 are incredible devices with them both featuring stunning displays, great cameras and a battery life that most of their rivals can only dream of.

Although they look pretty similar, the S9 does have its slight advantages with it bringing more power and improved photography credentials to this flagship range.

However, if you’re looking for a top-end phone on a low budget the S8 is definitely one to watch out for.

When Samsung first released this device it would have cost over £650 but that’s now been cut almost in half.

In fact, Amazon is currently offering the S8 for just £364.34.

That’s one of the lowest ever prices for the S8 and the online retailer isn’t the only firm cutting costs.

John Lewis has slashed the cost of the S8 to £499 and you can get the same deal at Currys and Argos.

If it’s a contract you are after then there’s a tasty deal from Mobiles.co.uk with the online firm selling the S8 for just £18 per month.

This deal includes 1GB plus unlimited calls/texts.

There is a £50 upfront fee but the total over the two-year contract is just £482.

If you want more data there’s another deal for this weekend only with a £23 per month contract offering 4GB of data.

There’s a 99p upfront fee with the total over two years costing £552.99.
