Nikki Bella reveals reason why she’s not interested in dating after shock John Cena split

Bella stunned the world of showbiz and WWE Universe when she ended her engagement with Cena last April just three weeks before their May 5 wedding date.

Rumours suggested the two-time Divas Champion broke up with The Leader of the Cenation because he didn’t want to have children.

However, the ex-Divas Champion denied the reports and claimed she pulled the plug because she had cold feet ahead of their highly-anticipated wedding.

She recently added that she also wasn’t willing to sacrifice her career and ambitions for a relationship that required one of them to stop working.

The 34-year-old grappler and reality star now insists that she is in no hurry to go back to dating as she still has some healing to do following the end of her six-year relationship.

Bella told People: “It feels like, you know, when you get married and the next day people are like, ‘When are you having kids?’

“And it’s like, ‘I just got married.’ I feel like it’s the same thing.

“When you become single, it’s like, ‘Oh, are you dating?’

“Honestly, I’m so not interested. I’m just not ready yet.

“I’m trying to heal, and I’m not healed yet.”

Bella has since been focusing on her career as she is working on the reality hit series Total Bellas and Total Divas.

The RAW superstar recently returned to WWE with her twin sister Brie but now seems set to take another long leave of absence and pursue her dream of making a name for herself as an entrepreneur.

The reality star competed in the main event of WWE’s first ever all-women’s Pay-Per-View show Evolution where she challenged UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship.

Bella came close to shocking the world when she hit Rousey with the Rack Attack but the champion got her shoulder up just in time.

‘Rowdy’ then made her rival tap out to the Armbar and then walked up to the stage where she celebrated her historic win with the rest of the women’s division.

After the match, the challenger revealed in a backstage interview that she is done and the Divas Era has been put to rest.

She hinted that she will be gone from Vince McMahon’s promotion for a while but insisted that upon her return she will seek for a rematch with Rousey.

Bella said: “I’m defeated, and I just feel like the Divas Era is officially over.

“I’m done, but you know what? With Ronda, it’s not over.

“When I come back here, I’m going to be a brand new woman that every woman in this women’s division will need to fear.”
