Battlefield 5 Battle Royale beta: How to play Battle Royale mode EARLY?

Battlefield 5 is due to release in Novemeber, with the £69.99 Deluxe Edition available from November 15, and the £54.00 standard version launch on November 20.

But there is a way to play the game even earlier for free.

The game’s developer EA runs two subscription services: Xbox One’s EA Access and Origin Access on PC.

Subscribers to either of these services will be able to play Battlefield 5 from as early as November 9.

EA is offering a Play First trial which will allow gamers to play Battlefield 5 for up to 10 hours from that date for free.

Both of these services are however unavailable on the PS4.

PC players can use the Origin Access Basic service to use the 10 hour Play First Trial.

The service is open to everyone and there is no requirement to have bought or pre-ordered the game.

The trial gives gamers access to all of Battlefield 5’s multiplayer modes and maps as well as the Prologue and Under No Flag War Stories.

Once the trial period passes, users have the option to buy the game at a 10 percent discount and your progress from the trial will be saved.

There is a similar offer is available for Xbox One users via the EA Access service.

The trial also gives up to ten hours of game time and your progress also carried over if you decide to purchase the game.

Battlefield 5’s battle royale mode Firestorm will offer new content when it launches in March next year – four months after the game was released.

Firestorm will include a shrinking battlefield, a new fleet of vehicles and guts and gore galore.

The new content comes to Battlefield 5 as part of its live service, called Tides of War.

Tides of War will activate around two weeks after November’s launch with the Panzerstorm map, and single-player mission The Last Tiger, which lets you control the Nazis.

DICE will also introduce the Practice Range either in early December or January.

DICE said: “A seat of learning or just messing around, this area will contain trials to work on your shooting, driving, and flying.

“Based on the Hamada map, this is an environment that can’t kill you – until someone finds the Friendly Fire button, that is.”

Vehicle customisation, which features items such as tank skins, will become available at this time.

And at some point between January and March, the game will receive co-op Combined Arms and two game modes: a revamped Rush and Squad Conquest.
