Strictly Come Dancing: Joe Sugg & Dianne Buswell acting ‘chaste’ reveals body language

Strictly Come Dancing 2018 has proved a fiery year for contestants’ relationships as two participants have already fallen foul of the Strictly “curse.”

Joe Sugg, 27, and professional dance partner Dianne Buswell, 29, are the latest two to allegedly be romantically involved.

Dianne has recently split from boyfriend of 10 months Emmerdale actor Anthony Quinlan, 34.

A source has now revealed that the dancer and British YouTuber Joe are enjoying a romance.

The source told Express.co.uk this week: “Joe Sugg and his partner are 100 per cent in a relationship.”

However, a representative for Joe has denied the claims, telling Express.co.uk it was “absolutely not true”.

A body language expert has now revealed what tonight’s vampire-inspired dance revealed about Joe and Dianne’s relationship.

“With the Curse of Strictly spotlight moving from Seann and Katya to this rather cute-looking couple, lessons do seem to have been learned,” said author and body language expert Judi James.

“Joe posed as a scary, non-flirty vampire at the top of the stairs and the couple adopted matching chaste, non-tactile fig leaf poses on the balcony with hands clasped firmly in front of their own torsos.

“They do seem to use some rather deep-looking eye contact during rehearsals and they clearly have the makings of a nice comedy double-act off the dance floor but once they hit their routine their prime focus became clear.

“Their dance was great and their hug after involved Joe turning his head away and breaking quickly with no torso closeness.

“If the rumours do happen to be true this duo seem to be putting their dance moves first and the dedication is clearly paying off.

“They carefully re-adopted the fig leaf pose on the balcony and only quickly linked arms around one another’s waists to celebrate their winning scores.”

The pair revealed to Zoe Ball on the Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two they have to have a power nap in between training sessions

Diane said: “Every now and then we have a power nap. I’m not gonna lie. We’ll set the alarm 20 minutes, but we still have got a bit of steam in us.”

Zoe questioned how the dancing duo’s energy levels are due to the long training rehearsals and early mornings.

Joe said: “I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I’m not a morning person but I’m getting up at the crack of dawn. I’m so ready to get on the train. It’s been so much fun.”

Dianne’s ex Anthony has spoken up about their failed relationship. He described their 10-month relationship as “taxing” and admitted they were “up and down.”

He told The Sun: “Over the 10 months in which we were dating, it was very up and down.

“It’s just the long distance thing was quite taxing for us both. But we are still good friends, you know. And like I said these things happen day to day.

“It is taxing when you’ve got a distance between each other. When we were together we had a great time.”

Despite their split, he added the pair remained “good friends” and revealed he is rooting for Joe and Dianne to win the show.
