Man Utd news: Sanchez transfer confession, Zidane wants Mourinho sacked, Ronaldo claim

Man Utd transfer confession

Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has privately confessed he wants to leave the club for PSG in the January transfer window.

That’s according to the Daily Mail, who say the Chile international is fed up with life at Old Trafford.

With his relationship with Jose Mourinho rocky following a turbulent start to the season, Sanchez wants to leave Manchester United behind despite only signing from Arsenal in January.

And he is said to have confessed to his inner circle that he hopes PSG, despite having Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani at their disposal, come and rescue him.

Zidane wants Mourinho sacked

Zinedine Zidane wants Jose Mourinho to lose his job as Manchester United manager, reports say.

OK Diario in Spain claim that the Frenchman is eager to take over at Old Trafford, though is currently unwilling to cut short his sabbatical.

It is said, though, that he is seriously tempted by the United job and would jump at the chance to steady the Old Trafford ship.

And he is also reportedly hoping Mourinho goes to Real Madrid to replace the under-fire Julen Lopetegui.

Ronaldo claim

Gary Neville has claimed Cristiano Ronaldo’s header for United against Roma back in 2008 was the best goal he’s ever seen.

“His goal he scored against Roma to this day is the best goal that I’ve ever seen, the header,” Gary Neville told ESPN.

“The header away against Roma, it was the most miraculous goal I’ve ever seen.

“He jumped from the edge of the box and headed it on the penalty spot at full speed.”

“He sprinted from the halfway line nearly. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
