Hazard has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge as he edges closer to the end of his current deal.
The Belgium international has less than two years remaining with the Blues and La Liga big guns Real Madrid have been heavily tipped to land the 27-year-old after he revealed his dreams to play in Spain.
Hazard has been in impressive form so far this season, bagging eight goals in all competitions for Maurizio Sarri’s side.
And it’s understood the Blues are set to make the playmaker the highest-paid player in the Premier League by offering a staggering £300,000-a-week contract.
But a video on social media has got fans thinking he’s agreed a new deal.
Blues youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi took to Instagram this week to share a clip of Hazard in the press room at the club’s Cobham training training.
Hazard can be seen posing for pictures and laughing with his team-mate.
And the clip sent fans into meltdown on Twitter.
“Omf did hazard just sign a new contract,” one fan wrote.
Another said: “Eden Hazard new contract! Fucking finally!”
“I think Hudson Odoi just gave us a hint Hazard signing a new contract,” a third fan wrote.
A fourth fan commented: “If Hazard has signed a new contract it’s better than all our transfers last season.”
