The majority of the Liverpool squad after off on international duty, but those not representing their countries are still working hard on the training field at Melwood.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are preparing to face Huddersfield on Saturday (5.30pm) as they look to continue their unbeaten run in the Premier League.
And left-back Moreno looked to be in impressive form as he took part in a small-sided game with his Reds team-mates this week.
The Spaniard made his team-mates look silly with his stunning flicks and tricks during the session.
But despite his skills, Liverpool fans were left staggered that he hasn’t been able to replicate his form in training during games.
“Why he doesn’t do this in matches?” one fan questioned.
Another said: “Is that the same Alberto Moreno we see playing on Liverpool matchdays?”
“He only performs in training,” a third fan commented.
A fourth fan wrote: “Well he still can’t to a Left backs job.”
Despite showing off some impressive training ground antics, Liverpool are preparing to lose Moreno for free next summer.
Moreno lost his place as Klopp’s first-choice left-back to Andy Robertson last season and with contract talks stalling, Moreno is expected to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the campaign.
And some supporters joked his training ground flick could send him to Barcelona.
“Flick him to Barcelona,” one fan said.
Another wrote: “Barca love flicks.”
