Linda Robson weight loss: Diet plan saw Loose Women star lose two and half stone

Linda Robson is a well known British actress and TV panellist who has lost a lot of weight in recent times.

The 60-year-old is a regular fixture on Loose Women.

She also starred on Birds of a Feather for many years, the show which is responsible for the entertainer’s fame.

The actress, originally from Islington, London, has lost two and a half stone.

How has she managed to shed this impressive amount of weight?

The ITV panellist revealed she has been going to the gym to lose weight.

Linda said on Loose Women: “I’m proud of what I’ve done. I’ve lost over two-and-a-half stone, I’ve been going to the gym.”

She revealed that had given up a certain drink.

“I’ve cut out wine – that was the hardest thing – so why not?”

This is not the only thing she has cut out of her diet.

Linda has also stopped eating sugar.

In an Instagram post, Linda wrote: “Just did a really hard work out @barryslondon keeping up my New Years resolution eat healthy no sugar and exercise as often as I can 2018 going to get fit as I can.”

Linda Robson played Tracey Stubbs in the sitcom Birds of a Feather.

The very popular programme began in 1989 and a final and twelfth series has been commissioned.

Linda has also appeared in The Bill and Crossroads, and since 2012 has been a member of the Loose Women team.

A brave man recently shared the weight loss diet plan that helped him lose four stone.

Posting to Reddit, user rpredux, 33, revealed he had lost 58.7lbs (4.19 stone) since January 2017 – a huge amount on his 5’8” frame.
