Trump BOASTS Iran success – ‘Iran were TAKING OVER the Middle East before I was President’

Tensions between the US and the Islamic Republic have grown since the President pulled out of the Iran nuclear agreement in May earlier this year.

Speaking in Kansas last night, he said: “Before I became President I looked at what was happening with Iran – they were taking over the Middle East.

“They were taking Syria, they were taking Yemen, they were going into Iraq, they were taking everything!

“Now, they just want to make it. They have riots in every city.”

The US President traded the nuclear deal with heavy sanctions on Iran, which have had a disastrous effect on Tehran’s economy and helped fuel anti-government protests.

In the Kansas rally, Trump blasted Obama’s administration, who signed the deal in 2015.

He said: “I withdrew the United States from the horrible one-sided Iran nuclear deal.

“The previous administration gave Iran $150billion and, even crazier, they gave them $1.8billion in cash.

“Cash! Aeroplanes! Aeroplanes full of cash!”
