Man Utd fans absolutely LOVE what Luke Shaw did after West Ham defeat: This is brilliant

Manchester United slumped to their third defeat of the season on Saturday as West Ham secured a 3-1 victory over the Red Devils at the London Stadium.

Jose Mourinho’s side have now suffered their worst start to a season in 29 years.

But despite the defeat, defender Shaw made sure to thank travelling fans for their support.

Shaw was filmed jogging over to the away end at full-time to show his appreciation to the fans and he quickly spotted a youngster holding a sign in the front row.

The England internation then hopped over the adverstising hoardings before taking off his shirt and handing it over to the delighted fan.

And the classy move went down well with the Old Trafford faithful despite the poor result.

“Lovely touch from Luke Shaw class and professionalism despite the result today taking the time to make a visiting fan happy,” one fan wrote.

Another said: “He’s class leading by example on and of the pitch few more with his desire and attitude needed.”

A third supporter said: “@LukeShaw23 brilliant gesture your a class act. United.”

“Top Man, things might not be going well but don’t forget the fans,” a fourth fan commented.

Following the shocking result, Shaw insisted the players must take responsibility for the ’horrendous’ result.

“It was not good enough from a Manchester United team with all the talent we have,’ he said following the game,” he said.

“We didn’t look like a team that was going to beat West Ham.

“If you want the truth I think it was honestly horrendous.

“I think individually and as a team we were awful.”
