OnePlus 6T
The OnePlus 6T is one of the most highly-anticipated Android flagships of the year.
That is because it is expected to build upon everything the OnePlus 6 achieved while also adding a number of notable improvements.
Rumours are suggesting the OnePlus 6T is set to deliver some substantial upgrades when it is shown off.
The Chinese company recently confirmed in an email to CNET that it will include a fingerprint sensor underneath the flagship’s display.
OnePlus said: “We unlock our phones multiple times a day, and Screen Unlock reduces the number of steps to complete the action.
“By adding this feature as an addition to other display unlocking options such as Face Unlock, users will have options to unlock the display in a way that is most efficient for them.”
Alleged packaging for the hardware recently leaked on Weibo and featured an outline of the smartphone.
OnePlus 6T was shown featuring a much smaller notch than the current OnePlus 6.
Furthermore, a slogan was plastered on the box that read “unlock the speed” and showed a picture of a fingerprint on the phone’s front panel, echoing OnePlus’ claims the product will come with a reader underneath its screen.
CNET also recently emphasised the OnePlus 6T will launch in October and has its price “tentatively set” at $550 (£420.92).

And MySmartPrice noticed an alleged invitation posted on Weibo for a OnePlus 6T “launch event”.
The exhibition was labelled as taking place on October 17 but appeared to be referring to when the Android device would launch in India.
It is currently unknown if other territories would abide by the same debut date.
If the claims from the invitation are true it will surely not be long before the Chinese firm makes an announcement about the product.
Google Pixel 3
Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are set to be announced on October 9.
That is because the American tech giant has scheduled three hardware exhibitions, one in Paris and the other two in New York City and London, where it is expected to show off its newest Android flagship.
But ahead of the presumed reveal both devices appear to have been plagued by a score of leaks.
Images have emerged of alleged Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL units ahead of the unveiling with the latter seemingly being hit by the most outings.
Pixel 3 XL was shown boasting a futuristic all-screen design with a notch, a single rear camera sensor and a signature Pixel finish of glass and brushed aluminium.

Both will also presumably come with Android 9 Pie pre-installed that brings a ton of new features in its own right.
The newest operating system from Google flaunts a ton of headline features such as Adaptive Battery that attempts to use machine learning to increase device life.
Moreover new gesture navigation is present that replaces the traditional home, back and multitasking buttons in favour of a single control that can be swiped to carry out different actions.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Huawei took the smartphone market by storm when it released the P20 Pro back in March.
That is because the hardware not only featured an iconic triple-lens camera system, but it also packed in a gorgeous 6.1-inch screen and a blisteringly fast processor.
This ensured content was not only a treat to consume, but users could also navigate the Android Oreo operating system with ease.
Moreover the P20 Pro also boasted a whopping 4,000mAh battery inside that delivered all-day performance.
And the Chinese tech giant is expected to improve upon everything the P20 Pro did well with the Mate 20 Pro.

The Chinese company was keen to discuss the performance gains of the chip at IFA 2018 and insisted it was much faster than the Snapdragon 845 used in a number of rival Android devices.
Mate 20 Pro has also been predicted to have at least 6GB of RAM, just like the P20 Pro.
But most notably the new phone has been rumoured to come touting a colossal 6.9-inch panel.
And alleged images of the Mate 20 Pro spotted in the wild have shown it with minimal bezels and a notch.
The supposed hardware was also seen with a triple-camera setup that will surely be similar to what the P20 Pro delivered earlier this year.
However, unlike the P20 Pro that arranges its lenses in a vertical line, the Mate 20 Pro seems set to arrange its system in a square shape.
Huawei recently released a teaser video that seemed to add weight to such a rumour with the words “This is Mate” appearing in the same outline.
The Mate 20 Pro will be unveiled by the Chinese tech giant in London on October 16.
LG V40 ThinQ
LG appears set to challenge Huawei’s growing array of triple-lens camera devices with its upcoming V40 ThinQ hardware.
The South Korean tech giant recently showed off the design of the forthcoming Android smartphone in a teaser video and blog post.
The LG V40 ThinQ will tout five cameras in total; three on its rear and two on its front.
A traditional primary sensor will surely be present on the rear of the device and the South Korean firm could also place one of its signature wide-angle cameras on the flagship too.
The V40 will come with a 6.4-inch display and be available in platinum grey, carmine red and Moroccan blue colour finishes.
While LG has teased some of the flagship’s features, it will be unveiling the device fully on October 3.

Honor 8X
Honor is launching its 8X smartphone in October and it looks set to offer a colossal 6.5-inch 1080p screen for a very affordable price tag.
The 8X features a notch at the top of the display and minimal bezels all around.
Huawei’s Kirin 710 processor is housed inside the product and should offer comparable performance across Google’s Android operating system.
The 8X features a twin-camera setup that is comprised of a main 20-megapixel sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor.
And a fingerprint sensor sits on the rear of the device for speedy unlocking.
A huge 3,750mAh battery is housed inside the product and should offer capable life.
The Honor 8X is currently available in China and starts at 1,399 Yuan (£154.90).
However, official pricing in the UK has not yet been confirmed.

Samsung’s mystery reveal
Although Samsung only recently released the Note 9, the firm is already teasing its next Galaxy device.
The South Korean tech behemoth recently sent out press invitations to a showcase with a slogan that read “4x fun”.
And the company insisted its next Galaxy product will bring “more ways to express yourself than ever before”.

It is currently unknown what this device could be and whether it is a premium, mid-tier or budget product.
