Fortnite Shop TODAY: New Leaked Season 6 skins LIVE

UPDATE ONE: The Fortnite Shop has been updated with the season 6 skins backed to be included earlier this week.

Data miners recently released pictures of an assortment of new items, including the Air Heart and Maximilian skins.

And these have now been confirmed as the new skins available in the in-game shop.

The Aviation Age Gear is available until the end of the day, with both designs costing 1,200 V-Bucks and the Dirigible Glider costing the same.

ORIGINAL: Fans won’t have to wait long before the Fortnite shop is updated by Epic Games.

The development team have gotten in the habit of releasing brand new skins on Sunday mornings.

And it’s expected that new designs and outfits will be launched later today (September 30), although some of them you might have seen before.

Following the considerable season 6 update, a lot of new skins were leaked, via data miner efforts.

One of these new designs could be part of today’s Fortnite shop update, although there’s probably a few we don’t know about yet.

It’s almost impossible to say which of the new Fortnite season 6 skins will be part of the shop update, with no hints pointing to what could be included.

We can rule out the Heidi outfit (Epic) and Ludwig outfit (Epic), as they were both part of Friday’s shop update.

However, a new Airheart outfit (Rare) was also leaked, which comes with an assortment of add-ons.

These could be the next items to hit the shop, with the Dirigible glider (Epic) no doubt being picked as a standout buy.

Two Epic Buddies have also collated all of the skins and Battle Pass rewards leaked earlier this week and put them into one handy image.

The image – which can be seen below – features all manner of new items, skins and emotes.

A second image showcases some of the pets, colour variations, evolved characters and even a mystery character.

We don’t expect all of these new items to pop over the next few days as many of these designs are set to be released during the season.

And for those who aren’t planning on hitting the shop today, or buying a battle pass, you don’t have to worry about missing out on any in-game rewards.

As the development team notes whenever selling cosmetic items, this new gear will not provide any kind of bonus during a Battle Royale game.

They are purely cosmetic, so fans shouldn’t worry about spending cash in Fortnite unless they want to earn or buy new gear for their character.

The Tier 100 items will be the ones everyone will want to get their hands on, although that will take some dedication when it comes to completing weekly challenges.

The challenges are separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty.

The hard difficulty Fortnite challenges net players ten Battle Stars, while the regular tasks reward fans with five Battle Stars.

There will also be a special secret skin released as part of the season 6 hidden battle star challenge.

This outfit has not been revealed and probably won’t be showcased until week 7 of Fortnite season 6.

So fans can expect to hear more about it in November, with more surprises expected along the way.

The new pets – or Battle Buddies – may also change the way things functions as the season goes on.

While most of the new pets are exclusive to the battle pass, nothing is stopping Epic Games releasing new ones for the shop in the future.
