WWE news: Bobby Lashley FURIOUS that Brock Lesnar clash hasn’t happened yet

Lashley beat Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules and looked set to challenge Lesnar for the Universal Championship but he then lost a No1 Contender’s Match to the Big Dog.

The Dominator and The Beast have shown a lot of similarities in WWE as well as MMA and many fans want to see the RAW super heavyweights cross paths in the squared circle soon.

According to Ringside News, the ex-ECW Champion isn’t pleased that the dream match hasn’t happened yet and insists the two of them would put together an unforgettable encounter.

Lashley told the Big J Show on KRSQ Hot 101.9: “I wasn’t so much bummed, I was more p****d off.

“Ever since I came into WWE, there’s always been that comparison, and our paths have never crossed.

“I’m waiting for it to happen. I think so many other people are so also.

“It’s something that’s going to be electric, it’s something that… needs to happen.”

Lashley fell down the pecking order after losing to Reigns in a No1 Contender’s Match on RAW.

The ex-US Champion looks to be embroiled in a feud with Kevin Owens after the Canadian star blindsided him and powerbombed him on the ring apron.

He is now set for a big match at WWE Super Show-Down as he will team up with WWE legend John Cena and will face Owens as well as Elias on October 6 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia.

Lesnar lost the Universal Championship to Reigns at SummerSlam last month and seemed to be UFC-bound for a Heavyweight Championship showdown against Daniel Cormier.

However, The Beast made a shock return at Hell in a Cell last Sunday during the main event match that saw Universal Champion Reigns battling Braun Strowman inside ‘Satan’s Structure’.

The Conqueror kicked the cell’s door off its hinges and then brutalised both competitors who couldn’t stand back up and so the match ended in a no-contest decision.

That controversial ending led to Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin announcing that Reigns will defend RAW’s premier title in a Triple Threat Match against The Monster Among Men and Lesnar at WWE Crown Jewel.

The overseas Pay-Per-View show will take place on November 2 at the King Fahd International Stadium in Saudi Arabia.
