Fortnite Week 10 dominated by Jigsaw Puzzle pieces and Bridge hunt challenges

It appears fans have found the new challenges they want to complete the most during Fortnite week 10.

For those that don’t know, Epic Games release new challenges weekly that can be completed to unlock new cosmetic gear.

Some of these items are open to everyone, while others are only available to those who have bought a season 5 battle pass.

A total of eight challenges are available each week, with the current lineup having been revealed by Epic Games today.

And it appears that the leading choices include collecting Jigsaw Puzzle pieces and another location-based task.

Location challenges can prove to be the most popular due to them not requiring players to rack up eliminations with certain weapons.

This can prove difficult and may mean playing a lot of games.

However, being able to go online and find guides on where you have to visit to complete certain battle pass tasks, can be much easier.

One of this week’s free challenges tasks players with searching for seven different jigsaw puzzle pieces, which can be found in basements throughout the map.

As the name of the challenge suggests, you can find the jigsaw pieces by visiting different basements.

Players don’t need to grab all of them in one go, however, the grouping of them on the map should make it possible to get a lot of them in one round.

One can be found in a house with two trees beside it in Snobby Shores, while a second can be picked up in a house south of Snobby Shores on the coast.

You can then head east to Greasy Grove for a third jigsaw piece and then directly south to a house on the coast.

Shifty Shafts should be next on your list, in a house to the north west. Then it’s a matter of heading east to Salty Springs and then north of Tomato Temple.

The Fortnite week 10 challenges:

Free Challenges

  • Search Jigsaw puzzle pieces in basements (7)
  • Consume Apples or Mushrooms (20)
  • Eliminate opponents (HARD) (10)

Battle Pass Challenges

  • Search chests in Salty Springs (HARD) (1)
  • Deal damage to opponents (5,000)
  • Search between a covered bridge, waterfall, and the 9th green (HARD) (1)
  • Stage 1: Eliminate an opponent in Pleasant Park (1)

Another challenge that is proving popular with Fortnite fans is “search between a covered bridge waterfall and the 9th green”.

It’s one of three hard difficulty challenges added to the Battle Pass for Fortnite week 10.

Completing it will reward players with 10 Battle Stars – enough to level up an entire tier in the Fortnite season 5 Battle Pass.

To start with you’ll need to jump on the Battle Bus and head to the northern region of the Fortnite Battle Royale map.

You’re looking for an area that is east of Lazy Links, which has a small house and a thin, tall white tree next to it.

Nearby this house you will find a patch of dirt surrounded by grass.

The Fortnite Battle Star for the search between week 10 challenge is in square G2 on the Battle Royale map.
