Xbox Live DOWN: Server status latest as Xbox One online is unavailable for subscribers

Xbox Live servers appear to be down for subscribers.

Xbox One users are currently unable to sync games or login to Xbox Live and play online multiplayer.

According to the Xbox server status page, Xbox Live is having problems with Purchase and Content Usage, as well as Social and Gaming.

Hundreds of reports have been captured by Down Detector, which tracks server outages and offline issues.

Microsoft is currently working on a fix for the issues, which is restricting users from viewing Achievements, purchasing content and more.

“We believe we have identified the problem causing some members to have issues viewing Achievements, Friends List or the activity of friends,” reads a Microsoft post.

“Thanks for your patience as the team works to resolve the issue.”

Fans have expressed their disappointment with Microsoft on Twitter.

“Sooooo, @Xbox has server side issues,” writes one Xbox streamer. “I can’t stream, can’t connect to cloud storage. So I’m just waiting to go live …”

“It’s happening to everyone, Xbox Live is doomed!!” writes another Xbox user.

One fan even threatened to switch to PS4 if the issues aren’t fixed in time for the release of : “Hey @Sony want a new convert? If they dont fix it by Forsaken launches I’ll be one.”

Express Online will continue to monitor the situation until there’s a fix.
