PS Plus September 2018: PS4 release date and time, as God of War 3 replaces Mafia 3

PlayStation Plus subscribers will soon be able to download the September 2018 batch of free games.

The new PS Plus games include God of War 3 Remastered and Destiny 2 on PS4, Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition and QUBE Director’s Cut on PS3, and Foul Play and Sparkle 2 on Vita.

With the exception of Destiny 2 – which is out now – the next batch of releases will go live at around 10am UK time on September 4.

This means PlayStation Plus members only have a few hours to download August’s games, including Mafia 3 and Dead by Daylight.

God of War 3: “Thoroughly polished-up for PS4, God of War III: Remastered represents a high-point for the series’ original formula, combining colossal set pieces with tight, brutal combat, stunning visual design, and a huge selection of puzzles and platforming challenges.

Destiny 2: “A thoughtful evolution of the 2014 smash hit, Destiny 2 brings together retooled core systems, new sub-classes, armour and progression paths, and an explosive new cinematic campaign.

“With the last city on Earth overrun and The Traveller in bondage, it’ll be up to a few plucky Guardians to reclaim the power of the light and send new big-bad Ghaul and his Red Legion packing.”
