So, if you’re a lover of all things Xperia, here’s what you need to know.

What time will Sony reveal all?

Sony’s IFA show gets underway in Berlin at 1pm local time that’s 12 pm BST.

Expect everything about the XZ3 to be revealed during the keynote.

What will Sony announce?

This big event usually means a new flagship is inbound.

Some reports have suggested the XZ3 branding is coming to phone although this has yet to be confirmed.

Along with a new smartphone, Sony always updates its audio products at IFA so expect new headphones and speakers to revealed.

The company has also tried its hand at smart gadgets in recent years so there could be some surprises from today’s big event.

What will be new on the XZ3?

There’s been very few leaks about the XZ3 but this is expected to be a flagship so we’re likely to see plenty of power tucked under the hood.

If you’re hoping to see a new design you might be disappointed as some leaked images have revealed a look that’s very similar to the XZ2.

This means we could see a phone with a glass casing and single rear camera.

The photos also show that Sony is opting for a notch design and could keep the bezels at the top and bottom of the phone.

Finally, it seems they are not budging with that fingerprint scanner which still sits in the very middle of the phone.

How much will it cost?

There’s no word on price but expect something similar to the current XZ2.

Prices for Sony’s current smartphone start from over £629.

Express.co.uk is in Berlin and we’ll be bringing you all the news live as it happens from Sony’s big event.
