Kyrgios dropped his serve again at the start of the second set and a fan in the crowd shouted: “Nick, wake up come on.”
Then at the change of ends at 2-1, umpire Mohamed Layani had an extensive chat with Kyrgios and told the Australian: “I want to help you.”
