A series of ministers who supported Mr Turnbull in the first leadership contest for the ruling Liberal Party on Tuesday against former Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton, declared on Thursday they now supported Mr Dutton.
Mr Turnbull only won the leadership election on Tuesday by seven votes, and Mr Dutton publicly called for a second leadership contest on Thursday.
