Boxing news: Tyson Fury sends explicit message to Deontay Wilder… ‘I don’t give a f***’

Fury fights the Italian on Saturday night in Belfast in his second fight back from a two-and-a-half year hiatus from the ring.

Fury’s first fight back saw him comfortably dispatch Sefer Seferi in four rounds, but Pianeta should offer a more challenging bout.

A victory is likely to set up a mouth-watering clash with WBC champion Wilder following the American’s failure to tie up a deal with Anthony Joshua.

Fury, 30, has his eyes fully focused on the Northern Ireland capital though and doesn’t care who is watching, with Wilder expected to be at Windsor Park.

“No interest, none,” Fury told iFL TV.

“Wilder, Briggs, Fred Flintstone, Mike Tyson. Anybody can come to the fight, it doesn’t concern me.

“I’ve been in this position many times before, where fights are almost done and it doesn’t turn out.

“Wilder wants to fight and it’s straight forward. It’s very easy.

“But all this dangling carrots of millions pounds and Wilder, I don’t give a f*** about Wilder, not one interest.

“I don’t care who is in the crowd. I don’t care how I win, but I will win. You can’t look past what’s in hand, because then you get beat.”

Meanwhile, Fury’s promotor Frank Warren believes there are no doubts over whether the Gypsy King will meet Wilder.

“[Fury] gets this one out the way and that fight [with Wilder] is happening,” Warren added.

“Wilder against Tyson Fury – it’s the biggest fight out there. This fight is going to happen, it will happen provided he comes through.

“It’s a huge fight. And the winner of that fight, if it happens, will be the best heavyweight in the world. They won’t be going with begging bowls to Anthony Joshua. They will be the number one, the fans will know it.”
