Hotel Transylvania is best known for the movies made by Sony, but it is actually an entire franchise including comics and short films.
Now, a third Hotel Transylvania movie is set for release adding another feel-good family-friendly movie to the summer blockbuster season.

The UK will see Hotel Transylvania: Summer Vacation (known internationally as Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation) in cinemas on Friday, July 27, 2018.
Fans in America have already had ample time to see the animated flick, which arrived in USA cinemas on July 13, 2018.
The Sony Pictures Animation’s movie is the third in the series of major motion pictures.
The franchise stars Dracula and the rest of his family who attend a luxury monster cruise ship.
Dracula is all set to take a summer vacation from providing everyone else’s vacation at his own hotel.
The monsters indulge in all of the shipboard fun the cruise has to offer, from monster volleyball to exotic excursions.
But the dream vacation turns into a nightmare when Mavis realizes Dracula has fallen for the mysterious captain of the ship, Ericka, who hides a dangerous secret that could destroy all of monsterkind.
The sequel sees Adam Sandler returning to the main role of Dracula, the 540-year-old lord of the vampires and proprietor of Hotel Transylvania.
Also reprising their roles are Andy Samberg (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Jonathan “Johnny” Loughran, a 29-year-old human.
While Selena Gomez returns as Mavis, and Kevin James as Frankenstein’s monster.
Other Hotel Transylvania 3 cast members include David Spade as Griffin, the Invisible Man, Steve Buscemi as the werewolf, and Keegan-Michael Key as Murray, an ancient mummy, plus many more.
According to Box Office Mojo, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation has grossed $100.4 million in the United States and Canada.
The monster movie made $127.1 million in other territories, for a total worldwide gross of $227.4 million as of July 24, 2018.
Reviews are so far positive for the third movie in the Hotel Transylvania trilogy.
