The centre will operate today from 8am to 8pm local time.
Voters in the area are able to contact the centre through telephone, fax and even WhatsApp.
The number of searches on Google has increased in the last hour as people rush to contact the complaint cell.
Lahore Police has also introduced a smart app for monitoring and promoting the election.
The app identifies names and contact numbers of all polling stations and policemen deployed on duty.
Police officials can track the number of police officers at a specific polling station.
There is also a pink button on the app to provide updates on scuffles at polling stations.
Earlier it was reported that seven people were injured in a clash a women polling station.
Seven people have been injured during clashes between two rival political groups at a women’s polling station in Khipro.
Polling was halted at the station.
The dispute started between voters of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) after a woman was stopped from casting her vote for technical reasons.
According to news agency Dawn those injured are GDA’s Abid Hingorjo, who has been sent to a hospital to Hyderbad.
Others, including GDA’s Nazar Hingorjo and Anwar Hingorjo and PPP’s Anwar Marri, Mir Muhammad Marri, Ali Ahmed and Kando Marri have been shifted to Khipro taluka hospital.
The ECP has also taken notice of Imran Khan and other candidates. The PTI leader have a 20-minute televised press conference inside a polling station in Islamabad today.
This breaks the ban on electoral speech-making that came into effect a midnight on Monday.
The election commission has said the speech is in clear violation of the rules. It has also censored Shehbaz Sharif for speaking to reporters after he voted, despite it being shorter and not getting as much coverage.
Polling started at 4am BST and will close at 2pm. The first election results will trickle in at 4pm BST and the final result is expected around 10pm.
